Choice Architecture and Nudges
Both concepts developed in the famous book "Nudge" by C. Sunstein and R. Thaler are the foundation to explain how people's decisions and behaviour can be influenced for the better.

Choice architecture is the physical, social, and psychological aspects of the context that influence, and in which our choices take place

A nudge is any aspect of the choice architecture that alters people’s behaviour in a predictable way without forbidding any options or significantly changing their economic incentives

Today, a growing number of governments and organisations are developing so called "Nudge Units" to advise them on policy or business challenges.
